P6 had a lovely day at Florencecourt learning about the Larganess River. Our leaders Amanda and Joan told us lots about how the river was used to power the water wheel and how important it was to life in the area in the 19th Century. We got time to pond dip and explore all the life form living in the river beds. We even got time for a play in the park.
