P4 had a wonderful St.Brigid’s Day. They met with members of the Happy Hearts in Cleenish Hall to make St.Brigid crosses and celebrate this special day.
Everyone had a great time and P4 really enjoyed meeting members of the community, sharing stories and having a chat as well as making some beautiful crosses. All children were treated to crisps and juice after their hard work, by Happy Hearts.
Thank you very much to Mary Monaghan and Sean Cox for helping to organise this morning and to everyone in Happy Hearts who made us feel so welcome. We are looking forward to to visiting again soon.
