School Closings: Autumn Term
The school will close on Tuesday 20th December at 12.00 noon for the Christmas Break and will re-open on Thursday 5th January 2017.
Halloween Ball
We had a great time at the Halloween Ball , everyone danced their hearts out.
Money Monday
Please ensure all dinner money is sent in to the school on Monday mornings, on an envelope with the child’s name and the days they are taking dinners. Thanks very much
Christmas Events
The Christmas concert will take place on Thursday 15th December , beginning at 10.00a.m . All classes will be taking part, as well as our traditional group. We look forward to seeing you there.
The school has been asked to sing at Rossorry Church’s Festival of Christmas Trees on Friday 25th November and we are looking forward to that.
We will be going to the Pantomime on Friday 9th December in Devenish College.
PTFA Table Quiz
PTFA table quiz will take place in the Millennium Hall on Sunday 20th November from 3-5 p.m. The quiz will be suitable for families so everyone can come along and enjoy the fun. If you’d like to book a table please fill in the form and return it to the school. Thanks.
First Communion
First Communion will take place in St Mary’s Church on Saturday 29th April at 11.00a.m
Confirmation
Confirmation will take place on Saturday 13th May at 11.00a.m in St Patrick’s Church, Holywell in Belcoo.

Mathletics
The school has signed up to Mathletics: an online Maths programme to support children’s learning in Maths. This programme is aimed at Year Four – Seven children initially. Children can log on at home and complete activities or play Maths games in a very safe child friendly environment www.Mathletics.co.uk- all children have their log on details in their homework books. Do encourage your children to use Mathletics at home.
Purple Mash
Purple Mash is another way she can safely play online. Every child can access Purple Mash at home through a secure login portal. Purple Mash is suitable for all children in the school and safely explores all elements of the ICT curriculum. Children from Year 4-7 have their own log in details, children from year 1-3 can log on using the following login

Do This In Memory
The first Do This In Memory Mass for Year Four will take place on Sunday 20th November at 10.00 a.m . All children are encouraged to attend with their families.
Code Club
Mrs Devine will be taking Code Club on Wednesday afternoons beginning on Wednesday 16th November for 6 weeks. The club is being offered to Year Five children initially. Numbers are limited to 15 children as every child needs a laptop. Please return forms by Monday 14th November. Thanks.
